Shipping Policy

At TheSqueezy™, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day and strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

When will my order ship?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

a) Processing Time: All orders are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. 

b) Standard Shipping: 6-10 Business Days (may take longer if the product is out of stock) We will notify you when your items have been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this tracking number to track the delivery status of your order. If the tracking states that the package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for that order, and the carrier who delivered your item is held accountable.

Shipping Times When Out Of Stock: While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we rely on third party shipping companies and other factors to facilitate our customer deliveries for us.  At the moment TheSqueezy™ is our hot selling product and when out of stock, delivery can sometimes take up to 1-3 weeks from dispatch date. 

International Delivery: TheSqueezy™ proudly offers international shipping. However, please note that customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your national tax authorities upon arrival in your country.

Multiple Shipments: Your order may come from different suppliers or warehouses. If all items are not received within three weeks of placing an order and no notification of delay has been sent, contact us at support@thesqueezy.store.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please remember that delivery times can vary depending on different variables such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance times etc., which are beyond our control.

Additional Information

All products are securely packaged prior to leaving our facility. Each box is insured to its full value and a signature is required upon delivery. A physical address is required for the shipping address.

All shipping charges are non refundable.

Payment is due upon placing an order. Order processing will not begin until valid payment is received.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay and then your order will be shipped as scheduled.
